Refund policy

All amends and cancellations can made be made by emailing us. Refunds will be made immediately but can take 7-10 to reach your bank.

If you would like to amend your booking slot, please contact us and we'll see what alternative slots we can offer you. Unfortunately, amends can't be made within 12 hours of your booked time and will be subject to the full fee if you can no longer make it.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the booked time will be subject to the full fee and no refund will be given.

If you cancel within 12 to 24 hours prior to your booking, you will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of your booked time will receive a full refund.

If we have to cancel for operational or adverse weather conditions outside of our control, we will offer you an alternative slot or a full refund.
